Focus

Focus timer for iPhone

Champ’s Focus timer runs a round of the length you pick and keeps the apps you choose closed while it runs. It’s a short digital detox on a clock, with the time on your Lock Screen.

A Focus round running in Champ on an iPhone: 29 minutes left, “Your apps are resting.”, and the tree under the sky.

Pick a length, start a round

Open the Guard tab, pick how long, and start. The apps you choose stay closed until the round ends, so the decision is made once instead of every time your thumb wanders.

Changed your mind in the first 10 seconds? Cancel. After that, ending early takes a 3-second hold on End and a confirm, so it’s a choice and not a slip.

The clock on your Lock Screen

The countdown stays on your Lock Screen while the round runs. Checking how long is left takes a glance, not an unlock.

Breaks, if you want them

Turn on Pomodoro and a round becomes a set: 25 minutes on and 5 off, four times, or 50 and 10, twice. You can also shape your own, and skip a break when you’re on a roll.

If you need an app mid-round, you get two passes a day. A pass pauses the round, and you pick it up again after.

Champ is free on iPhone and iPad: shield any apps you choose, thirty-second resets, no card needed.
