The payoff

The Champ Garden

The garden is Champ’s progress system. Completing a reset or a daily habit waters a tree; twenty-one consistent days grows it fully and plants it in your garden permanently. It rewards the choice, not the abstinence.

Screen-time reports punish, gardens reward

A weekly screen-time report can only ever tell you that you failed by some number of minutes. It is a scoreboard where the best possible outcome is zero. That is a poor way to build a habit and an excellent way to make someone stop looking at the report.

The garden inverts it. It counts the resets you took, so the number only ever goes up, and every entry is a moment you chose differently.

Twenty-one days grows a tree

Set a goal and you plant a tree. Each day you complete your habits it gets watered and visibly grows. After twenty-one consistent days it is fully grown and joins your garden for good.

Trees you have grown stay grown. The garden is cumulative — it is a record of the version of you that kept showing up.

Guardians, coins and the rest of it

Daily activity earns coins, which summon Guardians — collectible companions that travel with you through the app. It is unashamedly a game layer. It exists because streak counters alone stop working around week three, and something has to carry you to week six.

Champ is free on iPhone — three shielded apps, thirty-second resets, no card needed.

Questions about your garden

What makes my tree grow?

Completing your daily habits and mindful resets. Each day of consistency waters the tree; twenty-one days grows it fully and adds it to your garden permanently.

What happens if I miss a day?

Your existing garden is never taken away. Trees you have already grown stay grown — the system is built to be picked back up, not to punish a gap.

What are Guardians?

Collectible companions summoned with coins earned through daily activity. Each has its own look and personality. They are a motivation layer, not a paywall — the core loop works without them.
